Solved There was a problem communicating with a google server
Have you ever try to Sign in in Gmail account or play store and facing the similar problem? If Yes, I have a solution for you. If Your answer is NO they learn it from here....One day you will face the same problem be sure you will solve it when coming to your way.1. Solution
Check your network connection. If you connect to WiFi try to Forget the network then connect again.
Use different WiFi Connection.
2. Clean Cache files on Google Service and Google Play store app from the app Manage.
Then Reboot your Phone.
3. Reinstall Google Services app.
By reinstall Google Service app your device will work like a charm.
